Liability
All Services provided and agreed upon in contract with Amitola Enterprises, LLC are not a substitute for medical advice. By booking with Amitola Enterprises you agree to consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen and assume responsibility for any risks.
Refund Policy
Fees: The service fees are listed in agreement, payable to Amitola Enterprises, LLC. All payments are due before each booked session.
Methods: Payments accepted via PayPal, Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Personal Checks, or Money orders. Late payments are not accepted. All payments for individual session are due before session begins or cancellation of appointment will result.
There will be no refunds for services rendered. Refunds for unused sessions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session or a fee of $20.00. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice unless other wise arranged by practitioner.

Confidentiality All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
